All full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. Coverage may also be elected for dependents, including legal spouse and dependent children to age 26. New Hires are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
If you choose not to enroll when you are first eligible, you will have the opportunity to do so during the next annual open enrollment. All plan elections are "locked in" for the plan year. Should you or a family member experience an IRS-approved qualifying event, you must notify HR of the qualifying event within 30 days; then you will receive special enrollment rights.
